Neobanks promote financial inclusion, offering a streamlined account setup process and helpful features for managing finances, which is particularly valuable for those who lack access to traditional banking options. Reflect introduces a customized banking platform tailored to cater to the needs of the underserved and unbanked population of Jordan. The app offers an integrated and user-friendly banking experience and is designed to deliver smart and effortless digital banking services to meet the preferences and needs of its target audience.

In my role as the Product Strategist, I was responsible for developing a strategy and roadmap for the Reflect app, outlining the most effective approach for expanding its feature suite, entering new markets, and consistently engaging in user research.
